MySpace Archive - Can't Cook...

Recently every dish I've tried to cook, with the expection of pasta and chicken kiev has been a distaster. I put too much salt in the cider chicken, cooked a whole chicken breast in the microwave when I was meant to be defrosting it, made stilton sauce too runny and I've now forgotten to put egg in a sausage meat plait. How crucial are eggs to this dish? It's in the oven now, so I suppose I'm about to find out. I hope this run of bad cooking ends soon. I'm normally an acceptable cook. I don't know whats happening to me.
