Shredded Tights

Loving all things shredded and distressed at the moment but it is so easy to do yourself I don't know why anyone would pay for this stuff. Followed a tutorial by carly @ chic steals found here

to make these beauties. Was excellent inspiration but but didn't really need one to be honest. It was very simple. Cut a hole, ladder then fix with clear nail varnish. Took me a whole morning to get this effect though.

Here's a couple of ways I have thought of styling them. Actually wore the top outfit for a recent shopping trip in the unusual sub zero temperatures we have been having in the UK recently (but with flatter shoes) and they were surprisingly warm.
